trains systemic coaches and career transition coaches and advises, conceptualizes and accompanies change processes in companies. The target groups of her work are companies, non-profit organizations and public institutions as well as administrations, as well as (junior) specialists and executives, personnel managers and consultants.
We are united by our cooperation in programs of separation management and outplacement - especially in the implementation of the "syspo-excellence workshop series for the promotion of change motivation of employees" over 6 or 18 days for corporations and medium-sized businesses.
