Federal Association Academy GmbH
As an independent educational institution of the German Association of Materials Management, Purchasing and Logistics (BME), the Academy offers a comprehensive range of professional and practice-oriented training and continuing education for purchasing and logistics organizations. The event formats range from seminars, management forums, congresses, conferences and theme days to courses with certificate or IHK examinations.
For more than 20 years, I have been working as a moderator, trainer and impulse generator in a wide variety of events for and with colleagues at the Academy.

h&z Management Consulting
With the philosophy "consulting with brain, heart and hand", h&z develops individual concepts with its clients worldwide and implements them together with them. In everything it does, h&z pursues a forward-looking approach to consulting: because exceptionally successful projects require not only specialist knowledge (brains) and professional project management (hands), but also transformation expertise - a new way of approaching projects. This includes, for example, involving as many stakeholders as possible at an early stage and mobilizing employees from day one (heart).
As a network partner, I have been working with Sven Schumacher and Simone Luibl, among others, for many years in various constellations.
Milton-Erickson-Institut Heidelberg
Center for hypnosystemic competence development in coaching, human resource development, team development, organizational consulting and psychotherapy.
The hypnosystemic concept developed by Gunther Schmidt integrates the competence-, resource- and solution-oriented hypnotherapeutic concepts of Milton H. Erickson with the systemic-constructivist concepts of the "Heidelberg School" and all compatible approaches from psychodrama, NLP, body therapy, logotherapy, energy psychotherapy and EMDR and other models.
The institute and I are connected by my 3-year coaching training as well as a 2-month observation at the Systelios Health Center with Mechthild Reinhard and Dr. Gunther Schmidt.
Syspo excellence
Institute for Systemic Continuing Education Personnel and Organization
The institute founded by Nadine Nierentz trains systemic coaches and career transition coaches and advises, conceptualizes and accompanies change processes. The network of coaches, team developers and consultants works closely together and focuses on the conception and implementation of separation concepts at eye level. For us, fair and socially acceptable separation management means preserving both the image of the company and your attractiveness for future employees.
Since summer 2020, I have been an active member of the Institute and am grateful to be able to conduct the "syspo-excellence workshop series to promote employee motivation for change" together with Nadine and her colleagues. This is a well-proven successful 6 or 18 day workshop series for employees and managers in the context of the separation management of a large German IT group.
SysTelios Transfer
Hypnosystemic Network - SysTelios Transfer
The network was founded in 2015 by the sysTelios Gesundheitszentrum Siedelsbrunn GmbH & Co. KG and connects colleagues working in a consulting capacity (physicians, psychologists, therapists, coaches and others working in psychosocial contexts). Access is gained through a certification process and through self-commitment to the charter with a sustained willingness and commitment to further develop hypnosystemic concepts and attitudes, a transparent feedback process and participation in development and exchange days.
Since February 2019 I am an active member of the network and grateful for the suggestions and impulses that arise in dialogue with colleagues from this network.

German Association for Materials Management, Purchasing and Logistics (BME)
As a professional association for buyers, supply chain managers and logisticians in Germany and continental Europe, the association works as a network partner for all industries with the aim of transferring know-how through the constant exchange of experience, the training and further education of qualified personnel and the scientific work on new methods, processes and techniques.
As a member, long-standing spokesperson of the BME specialist group for financial service providers and moderator of a wide variety of events, I have been working with a wide variety of colleagues in the association for over 20 years.

The DBVC is the leading association in the German-speaking world that focuses on business coaching and leadership. Members of the DBVC are well-known and high-profile coaching experts who are considered pioneers of coaching in Germany. In line with its leading role, the DBVC is committed to seriousness, quality standards and professionalism in the coaching field.
The curriculum Hypnosystemic Coaching for Personality, Team and Organizational Development, which I completed at the Milton Erickson Institute as part of the 3-year coaching training, is recognized by the DBVC.
