8th BME Forum Purchase of personnel services

I am delighted about the role of technical chair and the opportunity to moderate the 8th BME Forum "Purchasing of Personnel Services" on 9 December 2020 DIGITAL for the first time. In addition to the current pandemic issue, we will of course not lose sight of relevant topics.

This year's market situation poses additional challenges for the procurement of personnel services. The labour market is undergoing dramatic changes and the impact on the use of external forces is enormous.

How do companies and strategic purchasing deal with the situation?

In addition to the current pandemic issue, we naturally do not lose sight of relevant topics. Because legislation and case law cannot always keep pace, the risks of using external staff have increased significantly.

What does flexible and legally compliant recruitment look like in practice?

A prerequisite for an efficient human resources strategy is early cooperation between the purchasing, HR, legal and technical departments. Knowledge that has been built up can thus be transferred and binding processes established.

How can systematic and successful interaction be achieved right from the start?

Within the framework of the 8th BME Forum "Purchasing of Personnel Services", we will shed light on the following topics::

  • Focus on the market situation of personnel services - current challenges and new perspectives

  • Proven Strategies in Times of Crisis - Implications for Temporary Staffing Procurement

  • Workforce management - transparency, efficiency and compliance in the procurement process

  • RISK of covert employee leasing and bogus self-employment - how to get a strategic grip on it!

  • Equal Pay and Equal Treatment - how is implementation possible?

  • Classify and negotiate prices - Cost-optimised procurement of external  employees

I look forward to welcoming you to GoToWebinar/GoToMeeting on 09 December 2020!

I will be happy to answer your questions about my approaches to recruitment and personnel development in procurement by phone or Email. Or you can schedule a personal meeting.
