I am very pleased that my client Burda Procurement with our joint transformation project is one of four companies among the finalists for this year's BME Innovation Award 2019. With this award, the association honors successful, innovative commitment in purchasing, logistics and supply chain management.

As part of the transformation of Burda Procurement, I - together with my network partner h&z consulting - have designed and supported the central personnel development program "PROactive" as a consultant and lead trainer over the past two years. While change projects often focus on strategies, systems, processes and structures, we put people at the center from the very beginning - "First Who then What". Our central question was: How can we take our team on the learning journey, plant the change in the DNA of a purchasing department and anchor it in the mindset of the employees? We have demonstrably succeeded in doing this with a successful combination of different, specially developed training formats that are interlinked and interlock like pieces of a puzzle.

You can find more details under Working methods or in my article under Downloads.

Would you like to know more about training tools such as the "Bad Unicorn", our "Co-Coaches" and "Data-driven Storytelling"? Then feel free to contact me at the 54th BME Symposium on Purchasing and Logistics from November 13-15 in Berlin.

I look forward to exchanging ideas with you and possibly meeting you at the BME Symposium.

I will be happy to answer your questions about my approaches to recruitment and personnel development in purchasing by phone or e-mail. Or you can schedule a personal meeting.
