Burda Procurement - applies for the BME Innovation Award 2019

#FromGood2Great - A success story about attitude, change capability and business focus.

Since 2017, I have been accompanying Burda Media AG  Burda Procurement in their innovative transformation program as a consultant and lead trainer - together with my network partner h&z Consulting. 

Due to the great implementation success and the excellent feedback from the group, we have applied with the program for this year's BME Innovation Award 2019.

With this award, the German Association of Materials Management and Purchasing honors successful, innovative commitment in purchasing, logistics and supply chain management every year.

Our presented change concept traces the story of how an initially rather insignificant corporate unit becomes relevant for a group again. The transformation that took place uses the Business Model Canvas approach as a framework and places the human factor and attitude at the heart of the change.

Greatest respect to the whole team of Burda Procurement. The common "journey" as a whole team will already now never be forgotten by any of the journey participants! More to come!
