Whether you are a buyer, a marketing department or an agency - join us for our interface workshop. The understanding for oneself and the business partner should be strengthened as well as the ability to judge the concrete added value of the external partner.

The goal is to bring both partners to eye level in order to enable an interaction characterized by lasting trust! To achieve this, it is important to dare a change of perspective today, to understand the role models of the other side and to define common values in the cooperation. A fundamental change in the individual mindset is therefore required. In this workshop, you will find out how and whether digitalization can support this process!

This workshop in FIVE CIRCLES addresses all relevant aspects of the collaboration between agency and procurement. We will shed light on the relationship using modern methods from the start-up world and use the BUSINESS MODEL CANVAS to check where you stand individually. For each dimension of the canvas we use partly classic partly unusual techniques and methods to get transparency about the status quo and to show potential for improvement.

The workshop is aimed at professionals and managers from creative agencies and purchasing who are curious about change. This target group wants to learn from the mindset of start-ups and venture on a path to more openness, trust and transparency!
