Network partner of sysTelios Transfer

At the Milton-Erickson-Institute Heidelberg with Dr. Gunther Schmidt, I trained as a hypnosystemic coach for personality, team and organizational development and then interned at the sysTelios Health Center Siedelsbrunn. Since February 2019 I am a network partner of sysTelios Transfer.

SysTelios Transfer:

Hypnosystemic Network

The network was founded in 2015 by sysTelios Gesundheitszentrum Siedelsbrunn GmbH & Co. KG and connects colleagues working in a consulting capacity (physicians, psychologists, therapists, coaches and others working in psychosocial contexts). Access is gained through a certification process and through self-commitment to the charter with a sustained willingness and commitment to further develop hypnosystemic concepts and attitudes, a transparent feedback process and participation in development and exchange days.

During my training from 2015 to 2017 at the Milton-Erickson-Institute Heidelberg with Dr. Gunther Schmidt and during a 2-month hospitation at the sysTelios Gesundheitszentrum Siedelsbrunn with Mechthild Reinhard and Dr. Gunther Schmidt, I was able to intensively experience and learn the application of the hypnosystemic concept in practice.

The hypnosystemic concept integrates the competence-, resource- and solution-oriented hypnotherapeutic concepts of Milton H. Erickson with the systemic-constructivist concepts of the "Heidelberg School" and all compatible approaches from psychodrama, NLP, body therapy, logotherapy, energy psychotherapy and EMDR and other models.

The self-commitment to the charter contains, among other things, the following points:

1. epistemological background.

  • Self-organizing processes and organisms
  • Reality is constantly generated by focusing attention
  • Autopoiesis & Synergetics
  • Freedom of choice & constructivism

2. dealing with people

Clients as experts for their own processes

  • Eye level and heart level
  • Continuous feedback loops
  • Offering realities and alternative perspectives
  • Transparency about own reality constructions, hypotheses and therapeutic interventions
  • Exchange of subjective realities and perceptions
  • Appreciative, explorative attitude
  • Leap of faith, presumption of "good reasons"

Hypno- and systemic aspects:

  • Systematized sustained process reflections
  • Congruence of content and form
  • Utilization principle
  • Establishment of a controlling observer position
  • Use of trance phenomena
  • Awareness of effects and context
  • Work with inner parts
  • 2nd order cybernetics
  • Establishment and strengthening of an attitude and metatheoretical perspective
  • no reification of concepts and methods
  • interactions of physical and mental processes
  • holistic view
  • problem experience as solution attempts with price
  • cooperation of conscious and unconscious mind
  • Appreciation and use of involuntary processes
  • creating spaces for "related individuation
