'Personnel development in purchasing' - My webinar is online (german)

The webinar with the focus on recruiting and further development in purchasing was developed after the impulses of colleagues Andreas Scheuermann (Expert for employer communication ) and Richard Golz (ex-Bundesliga goalkeeper and personnel consultant) held. The colleagues discussed the filling of key positions in sports organisations and what purchasing can learn from this, but also the most important factors in the communication of companies with potential new employees in purchasing.
The main focus of my presentation was then on practices and proven processes from HR development projects in procurement, which I was happy to bring to life with concrete customer examples from Deutsche Bahn and from Hubert Burda Media.
"Hire for attitute - train for skill" lives from the concrete implementation and design of personnel development. For this reason, in my presentation, I explained to the participants practical tools, courses of action and concrete examples from my previous projects in personnel development in purchasing. In this webinar, I presented lessons learned from major customer projects and gave concrete examples that can be integrated into everyday life in purchasing in the short and medium term.
