The new trade fair for procurement - The Procurement Summit is the new trade fair and conference for digitalisation and innovation in procurement.

I am delighted to support Thomas Promny and his team in this exciting format on 23 and 24 September 2020. This time not in Hamburg as in previous years - but in the exhibition halls of Messe Hannover due to the Covid-19 situation. Two days with top-class speakers, discussion panels with leading experts and workshops with applicable know-how.

• Practical examples will be used to illustrate the new challenges and opportunities.

Does agile (procurement) really make sense? What we know and how it can succeed.

Day 2 - Masterclasses (Moderation)

• Meanwhile, it is becoming increasingly clear that (more) agile makes sense for companies in certain situations. Some functional areas are pushing ahead in the application of agility.
• But what is the situation with regard to agile(re)purchasing? Is there perhaps even a culture and competence gap between purchasing and the rest of the company?
• Prof. Dr. Elmar Holschbach presents examples from practical projects and study results that provide insights into the implementation of agile purchasing.
