This year, I am moderating the workshop "Balanced Scorecard in Purchasing Controlling" on 20.06.2017 in Bad Soden / Frankfurt am Main as part of the 2nd BME Forum Controlling and Reporting in Purchasing.

WORKSHOP OBJECTIVE:
As a participant, you will gain in-depth knowledge of the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) methodology. After an introduction to strategy management, you will receive a basic overview of key performance indicators and their use in reports and reporting systems.
In addition to the presentation of typical KPI systems, the techniques and methods for the conception and construction of KPIs for operational practice will be taught. The workshop focuses on concrete approaches to using the BSC methodology in the context of controlling and managing purchasing and its employees.

TARGET GROUP:
The workshop is aimed at both specialists and managers from the areas of strategic purchasing, procurement and materials management as well as from the areas of purchasing controlling, cost controlling and corporate controlling, as well as employees of the specialist departments in similar functions.
