My workshop deals with the project of the group-wide introduction of a MICE portal. For this purpose, I will explain my experiences from the roll-out process and the characteristics of the introduction waves. I will also discuss how to deal with resistance in a confident manner, which is one of the success factors for a smooth implementation of the portal.
